I'm in the middle of so many books I must be crazy. Here's the list (as best as I can remember):
Burn Me Deadly by Alex Bledsoe - Finished. Review forthcoming.
The Lost City of Z by David Grann - Finished. Review forthcoming.
Best Served Cold by Joe Abercrombie - Just started it.
The Steel Remains by Richard K. Morgan - Just started it.
Flash Forward by Robert J. Sawyer - Just started it.
Acacia by David Anthony Durham - Next in line.
So there you have it. Let's hope I can keep the reading schedule steady. Fall prime time starts this week and we have football to worry about too.

So if you are reading Best Served Cold and Steel Remains at the same time, it will be interesting to see which one you like, as they are being compared. For me, my kind of fantasy is The Steel Remains. Although Best Served Cold was well written, the violence was treated rather too lightly and humorously, imo.
Interesting thought. And I guess we'll see as I make progress in both books as to which one I prefer. I'll be sure to keep you posted.
Anonymous again: I see you're reading Flash Forward as well. I watched the pilot TV series, but I haven't been able to find the book. So I'm curious if you like that book too. I read one book by Rbt Sawyer but didn't like it so much.
I actually bought the book based on the first 18 minutes of the TV show (even though I know the two don't having matching storylines). I've never read any of Sawyer's works, so we'll see how it goes.
I love that you're reading so many books. I usually do this as well, but for the first time ever I'm reading zero books and it sucks. I find I'll use anything to distract myself from writing these days so I've had to cut out about just everything (internet except for short bursts, tv, reading) it's no way to live!
